The Anterior Distraction Device (ADD™) is used for surgical reconstruction of substance defects of the anterior cervical and thoracic spine and as intervertebral interponat in the area of the thoracic and lumbar spine in humans. Additional stabilising instrumentation is necessary, for example, with a pedicle screw-rod-system.
